We developed this battery platform when we wanted to relocate our battery to the back of our car for better weight distribution but didn't want to put it in the trunk. Putting weight behind the rear axle increases the pendulum effect so we wanted to put it in the rear passenger seat area. The kit is the battery platform and hardware to install only! You will need to source your own battery relocation kit or just buy some cable and make your own. We now have over a dozen track days with a full size 35lb OEM battery, so it will easily support a light weight battery. The flatform is 1/8" aluminum so you can easily attach any battery brackets or hold downs to it. You can see me relocate my battery in the video below.
