Products
Most products are built when ordered. Depending on the time of year, our lead times can vary greatly. We generally fulfil orders on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact us if you have a tight deadline- we understand, we are racers ourselves.
We can not return any parts that are ordered "custom" or "customized". Example: If you want a wing with custom span or custom upright spacing, or a custom shape splitter we can not take it back unless we messed something up on our end. But if you order a standard wing "kit", we can take it back. Example: You order a wing for a 2015 Mustang without any customizations, we will take it back as long as it is still in brand new condition as it can fulfil another order in the future. Please note that shipping will be on you, and any processing fees will be kept by PayPal or the credit card company you used.
Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipment date so long as the part has not been modified, or was ordered with custom specs. Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the part returns damaged, we can not refund you. So please pack it up as good as it came. The part must be returned in its original box. If you can not return it in the original box, email us and we can figure out a plan B. The refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the part. If you have a question about part fitment (ex. will canards meant for a stock bumper fit an aftermarket bumper) please contact us. Return shipping on any orders being returned that were ordered just to test fit will be returned at the customers expense.
Any willful alterations, modifications, impacts, etc, may not be returned.
We'll will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If you decide you just don't want it or ordered incorrectly, then you must cover return shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within a few days after we receive the part back and inspect it. Sometimes PayPal or your CC company may add time to that.
Processing fees are kept by PayPal or the credit card company on any returns. If you order a part, and then cancel it, we will issue a full refund on our end, but they will keep the processing fees.

Shipping
Flat rate shipping options are always shipped ground, and are only available to the lower 48 states.
International shipping will have to be quoted since it varies greatly. Please contact us for international orders.
