Our C8 splitter kit is designed to give you a large front downforce increase while still being very efficient. It features and industry exclusive full "profiled" underside, meaning the entire bottom of the splitter has a wing-like shape. This greatly increases downforce with zero drag increase. The kit comes with every bracket and nut and bolt necessary. The only cutting you will need to do is a slight notch of the bumper cover to allow the front splitter rods to pass through. Otherwise it is 100% bolt on. The splitter blade is 100% carbon fiber with a structural foam core. The unique air dam setup, coupled with our compressible splitter rods allows the splitter to move in the upward direction, while being solid in the downforce direction. This helps lessen the impact on the splitter when it come in contact with the track surface, curbing, and greatly reduces the chances of the leading edge of the splitter shoveling into the dirt in an off track excursion. They can also be locked in the "up" position, which lifts the splitter almost an extra 1" from the ground and allows easier loading and unloading onto a trailer. Lastly, the splitter scuff plates are replaceable and will protect the under side of the splitter from the occasional bump and scrape. The splitter in the pictures is the largest we can do at 5.5" beyond the bumper outline and 79" wide, but if you want a more toned down version please let us know. They are made to order in house and we can accommodate some customizations. Please allows a few weeks lead time for us to manufacture. Note: Due to the high downforce this splitter makes, the use of stiffer springs is highly recomended.
